As your cheese must be sent via next day delivery, we can only dispatch between Monday and Thursday, as the next day service is not guaranteed on weekends. If you desperately need cheese delivered between Friday and Monday, please contact us directly.
Please make sure you are able to accept delivery – The Truckle Truck cannot be held liable if you are not in to recieve your parcel, and any subsequent delay causes damage to the products.
If you are ordering The Cheese Club, please note that the Club ONLY runs on the first Friday of the month. If you place an order later in the month, you will recieve the following edition of the Club.
Due to the nature of cheese, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you decide you don’t like a cheese after all. This does not affect your statutory rights – if the products are damaged beyond reasonable use, we will offer a full refund or replacement. In the event of a damaged parcel, we may ask you to retain the goods until we are able to arrange a collection, in order to evaluate our procedures.
As all of our cheese is cut by hand, there may be some variance in the weight you recieve. You will always recieve at least the weight you have ordered, but it may be slightly more on occasion!
