Based on the classic Spanish Membrillo, but made right here in Dorset, this range of Fruits for Cheese are a fabulously different way to expand your cheeseboard. Each flavour works well with different types of cheese – the quince is brilliant with strong, sweet cheeses, the damson is particularly good with blue or soft cheeses, and the fig is exceptional with sharp, lactic cheeses.
