This does not affect your statutory rights – if the products are damaged beyond reasonable use, we will offer a full refund or replacement. In the event of a damaged parcel, we may ask you to retain the goods until we are able to arrange a collection, in order to evaluate our procedures.
- As all of our cheese is cut by hand, there may be some variance in the weight you recieve. You will always recieve at least the weight you have ordered, but it may be slightly more on occasion!
