(aka the boring but important bit)
We will collect the following information from you, but only ever with your consent:
Your name, email address, phone number and address – we won’t ask for any payment information from you.
We won’t spam you. If you signed up but no longer want to hear from us, all our marketing emails contain an unsubscribe link.
We won’t sell or trade your information to anyone else. At all. Ever.
We might need to pass on some information to third parties, such as MailChimp for sending out newsletters or couriers for delivering lovely cheesey things to you. But if that happens, we will make sure they only have the details absolutely necessary, and that they will handle your data with the same care that we do.
We will only collect your information when you sign up to receive emails from us, if you enter a competition or place an order.
If you would like to see what information we have, or would like us to remove you from the database, please pop us an email at email@example.com. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days to remove you from our system, and you may still receive any communications that were already scheduled.
We’ll be the first to admit that we don’t always get everything right. Sometimes people make mistakes and sometimes computer systems don’t behave as intended. If you’re unhappy with something we’ve done, please drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or pick up the phone and call Carolyn on +44 (0)7400 344 330. We will make things right.
If there’s anything that you’d like to hear more about, or anything you think we need to improve on, please do let us know. We want to get better and really value all the feedback we get. Drop us an email to email@example.com or pick up the phone and call Carolyn on +44 (0)7400 344 330.
