A year ago, I loaded the counter, hung the baskets and opened the hatch for the first time. It's hard to believe 12 months have passed, and it still feels a little unreal. It has been - and continues to be! - the most incredible journey.
A huge thank you to everyone who's come along for the ride, for the cheese or just for the love of Susie (who never gets tired of her admirers).
